Since i love them so much and i have quite a bit, i just had to think about a new way of storing them. So i came up with an idea to keep them in a cute box, so they won't dry out as quickly as they would if i just kept them in a drawer. Of course, i didn't wanted to buy a box, which where i live costs more then it should, so i decided to make my own. Well, i mean, not to make my own, but just decorate it the way i wanted. I took a simple shoe box and decorated it with some wrapping paper and here you have it. :) Oh also! By keeping your nail polishes like this you may forget or not see which nail polish is which, so i put a mall dot of polish on each cap.

A sneak peak to my nail polish collection and my storage tip!
There is one thing that i love almost more than clothes and make up. And it's NAIL POLISHES! I love that feeling when i come home with a new bottle of polish! Testing it, painting on nails, doing nail arts.. This "ritual" calms me down. haha

Oven roasted potatoes

As i promised my oven baked potatoes! Perfect with meat or fish, or even with vegetables. As all my recipes- super simple to make and doesn't take much time.
What you need:
- potatoes ( of course )
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- ground cumin
- mild paprika
- chilli powder
- Cut the potatoes into wedges (without peeling them). Boil the potatoes in boiling water for a couple of minutes. Only until they will soften a bit.
- Drain the potatoes and let them sit for 2-3minutes. After that dredge them with olive oil and all the spices.
- Place your potatoes on a baking tin lined with alluminium foil and bake them for about 30 minutes. They should look something like this:

- DONE! I ate them with this steak , but you can eat them alone with a cucumber dip and if you're interested in this dip , i'll write a blog post about it.
Bye for now.

i decided to combine all of them in this blog. I hope you won't mind. haha. And i thought thatd the best way to start my beauty posts would be with what's in my bag! I had this bag for more than two years and i'm so sad that everyday it's looking worse and worse.. :(

Steak with onions and cheese ( Karališkas kepsnys )

My favorite steak for lunch. It is quick and easy, and everybody can do it. :) You can do it with only a few ingridients, that you probably have already in your fridge. So now onto the ingridients:
- Some kind of meat ( i used pork )
- cheese
- onions
- mayonnaise
- garlic
- salt and pepper
- Marinate your beaten steaks with salt, pepper and chopped garlic.
- Chop the onions and place them on the marinated stake like so:

- After step 2. grate the cheese and sprinkle it on top of the onions.

- Add the mayonnaise and sprinkle some pepper on top:

- Heat your oven up to 180C and bake these steaks for about an hour, depending on how thick or wide they are .

Curd pie with black currants (Varškės pyragas su serbentais)
This is my first time trying this AMAZING pie, but it won't be the last.
What you'll need for curd:
- 1 tbl sp. sour cream
- 200g curd
- 5 tbl sp. sugar
- 1tsp. vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- black currant preserve
- 70g butter
- 6-8 tbl sp. flour
- 2 tbl sp. sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tbl sp. water
- In a bowl mix all ingridients for the pie crust and crumble the dough between your fingers, until you will get lots of crumbles. Then put your crumbles in the fridge for atleast half an hour.
- Mix curd with sour cream, sugar and one egg, until the texture is nice and solid.
- Heat your oven up to 180C.
- Put almost all your crumbles to the baking pan and spread them. Then press them to the pan until you'll get an even "base" for the curd. Bake this "base" for 15minutes.
- After baking the crust for 15min. take it out and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Pour the curd mixture on to the crust and bake it for about an hour.
- When the pie is almost done take it out of the oven, spread the black currant preserve on top and put it back to the oven for 10-15 minutes. And the pie is done!
I hope you'll enjoy this pie as much as i did!
